I'm Louis-Philippe Landry — a Psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, Leadership Coach, and someone who believes in freedom through rhythm, not force.

After years of working with high performers (and being one myself), I've learned that sustainable success isn't about pushing harder in every direction. It's about finding the courage to slow down, reflect, and choose a better rhythm.

Overcome Café Conversations — Intimate bi-monthly online groups (separate men's and women's circles, max 8 people) where high achievers process, reflect, and find their rhythm. The men's group is currently running with spots available. The women's group is forming now — be part of our founding circle. Each session is 80$ and can be covered by your insurer if you wish to claim via your work.

1:1 Coaching — For leaders and high performers who need deeper, personalized support to align their success with their values. Each session is 200$ with a personalized curriculum.

Psychotherapy — For residents of Ontario, Canada. We help provide emotional and relational support to navigate more challenging life transitions or simply feelings of being overwhelmed and needing structured guidance. My approach is anchored in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy, and Attachment-based Therapies. I also integrate techniques in Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic and Existential Psychotherapy. Each session is 170$ and can be covered through your work insurance, please confirm with them before our sessions.

Speaking & Workshops — I've been invited to guide experiences for the Canadian Shield Bikepacking Summit, Federal Government Employees, and leadership teams across Canada, focusing on resilience, failure as growth, and sustainable performance. The price depends on the packages chosen. Contact us for further discussion on how we can help your team or event.
